Admission

The admission procedure for Scholar's convent is quite simple. There are certain rules and regulations that should be considered while seeking admission. The admission procedure and the eligibility criteria differ from one school to another. Yet we have simple eligibility criteria which are as follows: The student should fulfill the following minimum age requirement for getting admission as on 31st June that year.

Minimum age required for seeking admission:

Nursery :- 2½ yrs ( 2 years 6 months)
KG I :- 3½ yrs( 3 years 6 months)
KG II :- 4½ yrs( 4 years 6 months)
I :- 5½ yrs ( 5 years 6 months)

Re-admission is compulsory for your ward when he / she is promoted from K.G. II to Std I .

Admission Norms:

  • Parents/Guardian will get prescribed prospectus for admission by paying Rs.150/-

  • Parents/Guardian should fill the form with utmost care as no subsequent changes will be allowed.

  • Parents/Guardian should submit along with admission form: 

  1. Birth certificate in original.

  2. Three recent passport size photographs of the students.

  3. Transfer certificate in original, in case of transfer.

  4. Prescribed fees as per rules.

Examination:

The examination that we conduct is strictly based on the CBSE norms. There are no changes or fluctuations in the examination pattern. It is the same as described by the CBSE board. Our examination pattern is as follows:

The examinations are AISSE or the All India Secondary School Examination which the students take at the end of X standard.

Subject :-  English communicative, Hindi course –B, Mathematics, Science, Social Science.

CEE pattern of Class IX & X. As per the CEE Pattern introduced by CBSE, the calculation of marks for classes IX & X is as follows:
